Our method emphasizes alignment, lateral breathing, and core strength to help you move with power and precision. Each 45-minute class is offered in three formats: Heated, Classical Mat, and HIIT.

Is it Pilates?

Yes! We offer both Heated Pilates and Non-Heated Classical Mat classes that incorporate Joseph Pilates’ original techniques. In addition, our team offers HIIT, Yoga, and Sculpt classes that focus on fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, and strength building.

Absolutely. Our mission is to strengthen your mobility, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall body awareness. We recommend beginners start with our Classical Mat class to build a strong foundation before advancing to more intense sessions.

If I’m pregnant, can I take class?

While Pilates offers many benefits during pregnancy, we do not recommend participating during your first trimester. After that, we require a doctor’s note to ensure the safety of both mom and baby.

What do I need for my first class?

Accepted Answer

PilatesBae provides all class essentials, including mats, towels, and props. The only thing you’ll need is a pair of grip socks, which are required for safety and hygiene. Don’t have any? No worries — we have them available for purchase in the studio for $8. We also recommend bringing a bottle of water to stay hydrated during class, but beverages are also available for purchase at our studio.

What happens if I’m running late to class?

To ensure everyone’s safety and maintain the flow of class, we offer a 7-minute grace period. After 7 minutes, doors will be locked. If you’re running late, please email info@pilatesbae.com. We’ll do our best to help you reschedule for the next available time slot.

Question 8

What is a late cancellation, and how is it handled?

Accepted Answer

A late cancellation occurs when a class is canceled less than 5 hours before class time. For example: if your class is at 9:10 AM EST, you can cancel anytime before 4:09 AM without penalty. Cancellations made after the 5-hour grace period will result in the loss of class credit and a $10 cancellation fee. Please note: No refunds are allowed.
